Working from loft and Heating, Ventilation, and A/C costs

I easily don’t know how people function in this remote-work world we’ve all fallen into. I am not one of the folks who thrives working alone all day in my own house, I can tell you that much. I find it seriously isolating and pointless to have a task when it doesn’t even make you leave your own property to interact with others. Maybe I’m just an extrovert, even though I can’t seem to adjust to this lifestyle change… and neither can my heating and cooling system! When I moved into this loft I wasn’t very anxious about the forced air boiler or important AC unit. The plastic dial control unit was no concern for me. I just didn’t even consider my indoor air temperature or quality to be a important deal – I was going to be out of the loft at least 40 hours a week for work, anyways. And then the pandemic struck. Suddenly, I needed to be in my loft all the time… and my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was not cutting it anymore. The central boiler and AC are inefficient to use. It creates uneven uneven temperatures around the home. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment costs a fortune to maintain and repair. And I don’t think that my ductworks are very clean, either. I found myself drowning in utility bills, sniffles, shivers, and woes… Day after day, I dreaded touching my control unit. Soon I dreaded my yearly routine. Working from loft killed my spirits and the last leg my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system was sitting on, but now I have to spend a ton of money to replace the heating and cooling setup… and I’m back in the office, anyway.
