Over the years I have seen some certainly cool properties however I have also seen some that were just awful. I have learned how to spot problems even when they are disguised by cosmetic tricks too, my shoppers depend on me to show them quality homes plus it is amazing what people will do to try plus hide problems… A quick coat of paint, a strategically placed throw rug plus even a new built in wall unit can hide a lot of detriment. It takes a trained eye to spot these swings. I recall one apartment that seemed charming plus attractive on the surface. When I asked about the new baseboards the owners offered each other a distraught look. They finally confessed that there had been mold detriment that was caused by a faulty Heating plus Air Conditioning system.
