I’ve done some stupid things in life; losing cash that was given to me, losing cares about that wanted to be with me, leaving my family that was all around me, and saying a million things that I later regretted.
But on the flip side, I have done so many cool and fun things that a lot of people are too afraid to try. I suppose I’m not afraid of being afraid, which can be quite disturbing at times, however somehow you make it through and keep going, then my friends say I should write a book, however I’m too busy with Heating and Air Conditioning technology writing to write a book right now. Maybe down the road when I hit 62 years seasoned and get a little reprieve with my SS benefits then I’ll write the good American novel or autobiography. I still work on ductwork and on air conditioners while in the week, which is nothing to write about, however it is paying the bills and giving me the freedom while in the nights to play rock n roll in a band. I am 55 years seasoned now, almost 56 soon, and I feel like I am an older woman trapped in a teenagers mentality and I don’t suppose I will ever change much as I get older. I like to do heating and cooling repairs for people around town because I get to meet a lot of nice folks and I also get to practice the local language a bit. I suppose I will finally have a handle on this language in the next year or two.
