I was going to go to the mountains with my bandmate and her lady however I just backed out of the 10 afternoon trip.
The real reason is, I can tell you, my bandmate is kind of a dead fish when it comes to hanging out with him.
She is kind of selfish with her personality and keeps everything inside, so being around him for 10 days sounds to me like a boring non adventure. I’ve tried to get him to open up however she is just too reserved and boring to be around so I’ll stay home. The local company where I live is open and I like to hang out there with the other heating reps and talk with them about the company and life itself. I suppose I learned something from my boring bandmate and I am pushing myself to open up to people more and not be boring myself. When I do Heating and Air Conditioning repairs in someone’s apartment I try to be friendly and nice, however maybe now when I am laboring on a boiler or air conditioner component I will tell a joke or two so I’m not a dead fish like my bandmate. It’s too awful that I don’t want to go because this could be a good time to get away and hit the mountains, however not with someone who just flops around like a lifeless leaf in the wind. I’ve learned something from the Heating and Air Conditioning tech who keeps himself bottled up like a genie, and that is to share your love like a boiler shares its heat, and open up and share yourself, because your sharing stops when you die.
