It has been strenuous living without a/c in our car.
- My wonderful friend and I would have gotten it fixed if it wasn’t for the crazy amount that the mechanics were trying to charge us.
My wonderful friend and I literally would have to save up for at least six months to get the a/c fixed. My wonderful friend and I could go into debt to get it fixed, however that is just not something that we want to do. My sweet fiance wants to see if he can repair the a/c on his own. He thinks that he found a leak in one of the a/c lines. He is going to double check tomorrow. If he did find the leak, he plans to replace the line. I hope that he is able to do it. It will be a little bit of a hassle since he has not done a ton of mechanical work, but he is pretty confident that he can do it. He just doesn’t know when he will be able to find the time to be able to do it. I hope that he can find the time soon because it has been strenuous driving the kids to plus from school every afternoon in a scorching hot car. The last few days I have felt like passing out in the vehicle because it has been so hot. Our terrible kids have taken it like hamps, although I feel they are quite sick of being too hot as well. My fiance is hoping to get the a/c fixed by the end of the week, but he just never knows about his labor schedule. It is absolutely unpredictable. I know that we have learned to be absolutely thankful for a/c through this whole time going without it.
