I put an air purifier in my son’s bedroom

I put an air purifier in my son’s bedroom because we just redid his room, and it smells like paint and wood stain quite strongly in there.

There is only one tiny window in the bedroom, so I want to make sure that he has clean air to breathe.

All the chemicals in the paint and wood stain are quite strong, and it concerns me that he is breathing them all in. I put the air purifier in there two nights ago,and I have already noticed a difference in the smell. I walked into the room last night, and I was not overwhelmed by the smell. I am so thankful that the smell is finally going away, and I really hope that my air purifier is taking care of the chemicals that my son could potentially be breathing in. I am actually quite concerned about it, and I wanted him to sleep in our room for a little while so that the air purifier could clean the chemicals out of the air before he slept in there, but my husband was not for that. He told me just to put the air purifier in our son’s room. He thinks that our son will be just fine with the air purifier in there. I hope that he is right. I love air purifiers because I hate thinking about breathing in all sorts of toxins throughout the day. I would love to one day get an air purification system installed throughout our house, but that will definitely be in the future and not now.
