I dropped my new a/c out the window… My fiance is going to be so aggravated with me; It was a total accident of course, although I am still pretty aggravated about it myself.
- I knew as soon as I picked up the a/c that I should have waited for my fiance to get household so that he could help me, but the a/c was quite heavy.
I decided to just go ahead plus try plus put it in the window myself. That was a bad idea to say the least. I didn’t even learn the directions on the box before I tried to install it. I got the a/c into the window. It was a bit of a struggle, although I got that far before anything went wrong! Well, there was a bit of a gap between the left side of the a/c plus edge of the window, so I decided that I was going to stuff a pillow there until I figured out how to install the connectment that came with the a/c. I took one hand off of the a/c to grab the pillow that was right behind me, plus the a/c started to fall. I tried to catch it, although I was not fast enough. The a/c fell out the window plus shattered on the ground. It was a second story window, so I knew that it was hopeless, and our new a/c was gone. I feel I will be buying another a/c tomorrow. My fiance is going to be aggravated when he gets home, plus there is no a/c.
