It has been hard living without air conditioning in our car.
We would have gotten it fixed if it wasn’t for the crazy amount that the mechanics were trying to charge us.
We literally would have to save up for at least six months to get the air conditioning fixed. We could go into debt to get it fixed, but that is just not something that we want to do. My sweet husband wants to see if he can fix the air conditioning on his own. He thinks that he found a leak in one of the air conditioning lines. He is going to double check tomorrow. If he did find the leak, he plans to replace the line. I hope that he is able to do it. It will be a little bit of a hassle since he has not done a ton of mechanical work, but he is pretty confident that he can do it. He just doesn’t know when he will be able to find the time to be able to do it. I hope that he can find the time soon because it has been hard driving the kids to and from school every day in a scorching hot car. The last few days I have felt like passing out in the car because it has been so hot. Our poor kids have taken it like hamps, but I think they are quite sick of being too warm as well. My husband is hoping to get the air conditioning fixed by the end of the week, but he just never knows about his work schedule. It is very unpredictable. I know that we have learned to be very thankful for air conditioning through this whole time going without it.
