Heated Halloween

Heated Halloween

Each year we worry about the kids heading out trick or treating.

Not that the neighborhood is poor or anything like that, it is the weather that is a problem.

In our part you are more likely to have to wear a snowsuit than anything else at the end of October. My buddy and I constantly have to make sure that the kids have costumes that can accomodate winter time wear underneath them. Because of all of that we were excited when one of the local companies offered to host a huge Halloween party for the community. They have a huge heated wareapartment plus they planned on having bounce houses, a haunted house, plus multiple games for kids of all ages. My buddy and I could finally buy cute costumes for the kids plus allow them to run around without worrying about them getting frostbite. The only thing that the contractor was asking of the residents was that they make a donation to a local charity as their admittance into the party. I would have blissfully paid double the amount for a pick to celebrate with my kids in a moderate facility… This event is certainly a winning one for all the people involved. It is relaxing PR for the dealer, relaxing plus comfortable for the kids plus families, plus the charity gets to benefit from the profits. I am hoping if this event is a success they will make it an annual tradition because I would much rather have my kids in a safe moderate environment than out on the frosty streets in the dark. I am sure that other parents will agree with me too.
