I appreciate knowing interesting people and being a big part of their lives, but i appreciate getting to know as multiple folks as possible and becoming a routine part of their adventures and stories, then that’s why, I am always stopping and chatting with strangers to learn more about their way of life.
It’s simple to affix with people if you have a friendly approach and show that you mean them no harm.
You never know what you’re going to find. In fact, some of my closest friendships and most beneficial associations have been made through randomly chatting with people in public… A few weeks ago, I even got my HVAC system fixed for free by being friendly. I happen to stop at the hardware store to pick up some new paint brushes when I observed somebody purchasing a whole cartload of tools and HVAC supplies. I was interested in what they were doing, because my own heating and cooling system had not been operating well. I went over to the stranger and started chatting about his cart load of unit and he was more than glad to talk to me about the air quality control supplies. I asked numerous questions and told him briefly about to my energy efficient Heating and Cooling unit at home, however my pal and I were about half an hour into chatting when he revealed that he was a professional Heating and Cooling serviceman and provided to come take a look at my failing central boiler and cooling system. This is what is so amazing about talking to strangers, then when he left the house a few afternoons later, my HVAC system was running much better and my bank account was unaffected.
