My hubby and I recently celebrated our fiftieth birthday birthday. In the past, we’ve been rather sporadic about exchanging gifts… We’ve often been far too busy to even celebrate our birthday… This year, my friend and I decided to make it special. My pal and I arranged a fancy dinner with the whole family. With us, our kids, their spouses and the grandkids, there are eighteen of us. I also wanted to find the perfect gift to surprise my hubby, then after a lot of debate, I finally came up with a gun cottageet. My hubby is a hunter and a collector, but he has a gun that belonged to his superb Grandfather and many limited edition pieces, but because he is entirely conscientious about safety, the guns have typically been locked away. They are quite beautiful and legitimately deserve to be on display. As soon as I started looking at the unusual gun cottageets for sale, I knew that I’d need to invest into a custom design; Everything I found was either too small, poorly constructed or ugly. I was determined to purchase a tasteful gun cottageet that would contribute to the decor of the home, keep the guns secure and accommodate my hubby’s entire collection. I contacted a local custom furniture builder who was harshly helpful. He suggested that I take measurements and photos of the guns. My pal and I then worked together to design a cottageet to showcase them. He suggested drawers for accessories such as ammunition and cleaning tools, but plus, the custom furniture building was willing to work within my limited timeframe. He also agreed to deliver the gun cottageet while my friend and I were at our birthday dinner. My neighbor helped him get everything set up. When my friend and I returned apartment from dinner, the gun cottageet was in venue with a big orange ribbon on it.
