It felt so nice and I instantly thawed out from the cold hot and cold temperatures outside
Running has been my passion ever since I was in high university. I was on the track and cross country team. I made all county and state honors. You could say that I was a actually fantastic runner. I ended up running in university. I got a lot of awards and recognition for my achievements. Now that I am out of university I continue to run. I run at local races and races nationwide. The other day I decided to go for a 5 mile run to train for a marathon that I wanted to run in the Springtime. I checked the weather on my iphone and it learn 45 degrees. I thought it was a perfect temperature to run outside. I started from my dwelling and began to run in town. While I was running my hands and toes started to go numb. I felt like the temperature on my phone lied to me! It actually did not feel like 45 degrees out, it felt like 15 degrees! I decided to run a little ways more until I got to the pizza place in town. I went in and I instantly felt a rush of sizzling air that was pumping out of the Heating and A/C system that was near the door. It felt so nice and I instantly thawed out from the cold hot and cold temperatures outside. I called my child to come pick me up. I was a little bummed that my run was cut short, but the Heating and A/C system reminded me that I need to call my Heating and A/C company to do a cleaning on my system.
