Running has been my passion ever since I was in high university. I was on the track and cross country team. I made all county and state honors. You could say that I was a very wonderful runner. I ended up running in university. I got a lot of awards and recognition for my achievements. Now that I’m out of university I continue to run. I run at local races and races nationwide. The other afternoon I decided to go for a 5 mile run to train for a marathon that I wanted to run in the Spring. I maintained the weather on my iphone and it study 45 degrees. I thought it was a perfect temperature to run outside. I started from my apartment and began to run in town. While I was running my hands and toes started to go numb. I felt like the temperature on my iphone lied to me! It absolutely did not feel like 45 degrees out, it felt like 15 degrees! I decided to run a little ways more until I got to the pizza place in town. I went in and I instantly felt a rush of hot air that was pumping out of the Heating and A/C system that was near the door. It felt so nice and I instantly thawed out from the freezing temperatures outside. I called my daughter to come pick me up. I was a little bummed that my run was split short, but the Heating and A/C system reminded me that I need to call my Heating and A/C professional to do a cleaning on my system.
