Going into thrift store and feeling like there’s no ventilation

When I go shopping I make sure that the items that I purchase are affordable for me.

I am absolutely the type of woman who is always on a budget.

I have to watch my cash because I am still paying off my student loans, and I am still toiling at a part time job. I do not make a lot because this is my very first job right out of university. Hopefully in the next year or two I can get a raise and be able to afford a bit more extravagant things. I like to shop at discounted stores and thrift stores. Thrift stores sometimes are Dad and pop stores that can be seasoned and old. When I was thrifting one weekend I went to this one new thrift store that I’ve never been to before. I decided to check it out because it was only twenty minutes from my home. When I first walked in I instantly smelled mildew and a dusty smell. I felt like there was no ventilation at all in that store. I didn’t see any air vents and I felt like the place was very dirty. I could only stay in there for 5 minutes and had to leave because I kept sneezing and my eyes kept watering. There must have been a lot of allergens in there too. I didn’t have the guts to tell the employee at the register that they should get some kind of air filter or ventilation system installed so clients could stay longer than 5 minutes.
